Apollo provides “Roofing Maintenance Program” to our customers. Our professional Roofers are always there for you to rely on when it comes to being prepared. After your roof job is done, you automatically enroll in our Roofing Maintenance Program, which includes annual roof inspection, repair services, and assessment reports.

- Eaves Trough Fastening and Re-enforcement all around the home perimeter
- Calking of any Seems, Corners and Openings which need to be sealed
- Gutter Clean-Out and Eaves Trough Clearing
- Ventilation Inspection (Intake & Outtake of airflow throughout the roof and attic)
- Insulation Inspection (ensuring insulation is up to par with building code)
- Repairs on anything that is not in good condition or is in need of attention
Assessment Report
As long as we have been in your place and inspected your roof, a detailed Roof Assessment Report will be prepared.
The assessment report will include the most professional roof advice. Some problems you could never know until the damage is done, the assessment report will keep you out of any surprise roofing issues.
